Commercial transactions
The sale and purchase of properties has been a paticular feature of the firms work over many years. The firm has paticular expertise in international franchise operations.
The firm has advised foreign governments and embassies for over thirty years and has been involved in many international disputes and international arbitrations.

Wills, trusts and probate
A paticular feature of the firm's work is assistance to clients in drawing up their wills and advising on the distribution of assets and the development of trusts.
Probate is an integral part of the firms business, providing an invaluable service to the local community.
John Cathcart and Marilynn Cathcart undertake and manage all Probate work within the Practice with assistance from the Firm’s Accountants and Finance Team; Patrick Bluett who is the Firm’s Finance Manager and has over 20 years’ experience and Keith Boone who is an Accountant with over 30 years’ experience. Both are supervised by Marilynn Cathcart and also by John Cathcart.
